范嘉乐,女,汉族,河南新乡人,1994年5月出生,工学博士,讲师。 主要从事综合能源系统韧性提升、新能源电力系统优化调度方面的研究工作,主持省部级项目2项,发表学术论文10余篇,以第一作者发表SCI收录论文6篇。
