范嘉乐，女，汉族，河南新乡人，1994年5月出生，工学博士，讲师。 主要从事综合能源系统韧性提升、新能源电力系统优化调度方面的研究工作，主持省部级项目2项，发表学术论文10余篇，以第一作者发表SCI收录论文6篇。
