一、个人基本情况

和萍,女,汉族198011月出生,工学博士,教授,博士生导师美国奥克兰大学博士生导师河南省教育厅学术技术带头人,河南省高校青年骨干教师,河南电机工程学会青年科技人才,河南电工技术学会副秘书长。现任郑州轻工业大学电气信息工程学院院长。

主要从事高渗透率新能源电力系统稳定分析与控制等方面的研究构建了含大规模新能源的电力系统小干扰概率稳定性评估体系,攻克了新能源电力系统动态稳定分析与柔性控制关键技术难题。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、省部级项目4项,获河南省科技进步二等奖2项、三等奖1项。发表学术论文80篇,SCI/EI收录48篇,出版学术专著1部,授权发明专利21件。
