一、个人基本情况
和萍,女,汉族,1980年11月出生,工学博士,教授,博士生导师。中原科技创新领军人才、河南省教育厅学术技术带头人、河南省高校青年骨干教师、河南省高校科技创新团带头人、河南省青年五四奖先进个人。兼任河南省电工技术学会副理事长、河南省电机工程学会副秘书长。现任郑州轻工业大学电气信息工程学院院长。
主要从事高渗透率新能源电力系统稳定分析与控制等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、省部级项目8项,主持获河南省科技进步奖二等奖2项,其他奖项8项。发表学术论文100余篇,SCI/EI收录80余篇,出版学术专著1部,授权国家发明专利20余件。
