王华珂,男,汉族,河南省原阳人,1993年04月出生,于2025年在西安交通大学获工学博士学位。担任IEEE TCSVT,IEEE TGRS,PR,KBS等多个国际期刊审稿人。在IEEE TIP,IEEE TMM,IEEE TCSVT, IEEE TGRS,Knowledge-Based Systems等国内外期刊和会议发表论文20余篇,其中一作或通讯作者8篇。参与国家自然科学基金3项。
