一、个人基本情况
张庆芳,女,汉族,1988年9月生,工学博士,讲师,硕士生导师。主要进行应变半导体中红外光电子器件及新型磁电传感器的相关研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,河南省教育厅高等学校重点科研项目1项。作为主要完成人,获河南省教育厅科技成果一等奖1项,河南省科技进步二等奖1项。以第一作者发表SCI/EI索引收录学术论文10余篇,申请专利10余项,授权专利8项。
